TEPSA Signature – $399
For any person engaged in PK-8 education as an administrator, supervisor, director or other responsible position of leadership.

Retired Member – $299
For a retired administrator or supervisor receiving earned benefits from TRS, who has been a TEPSA voting member for a minimum of 1 year. If you have been rehired in an administrative role, please choose TEPSA Signature membership which includes professional liability and legal defense coverage.*

Note: TEPSA membership belongs to the individual school leader. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes but may be deductible as an ordinary business expense, subject to IRS restrictions. TEPSA estimates that 5% of your dues dollar is not deductible in accordance with IRC Sec. 6033.
Eligibility for TEPSA’s professional liability insurance coverage requires you serve as an administrator with direct supervision of PK-8 staff, students, curriculum and instruction, or instructional programs.
Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions stated in the master policy kept on file at the state TEPSA office and is available for review by request. The Educators Professional Liability Insurance Policy is underwritten by a carrier rated A+ XV (Superior) by A.M. Best.
