Hotel Information

DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM. You will be charged a higher rate than that negotiated by TEPSA. We cannot assist with your reservation if you choose to bypass the official hotel reservation link.

The TEPSA hotel reservation link will be sent to you AFTER you register and submit a valid PO or payment for the TEPSA Summer Conference.

Purchase orders will not be accepted by hotels or by Key Bookings. When paying for your reservation by check, the check must be sent in no later than April 29, 2025. Hotels require several weeks to process checks prior to the guests’ arrival. Checks received after April 29 will be returned and you will need to make alternative arrangements for paying the reservation. Checks should be made payable to Key Bookings/TEPSA Housing and mailed c/o Tammy Davison, 400 E. Pratt Street, 10th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Remember to add 9% city tax to all room rates.

Need to make changes to your hotel room?
If you cancel your Summer Conference registration, you must cancel your hotel reservation or transfer it to another conference registrant. To avoid additional fees, your room must be canceled or updated within 10 business days of canceling your conference registration. Contact Key Bookings or call 877-205-2871 to update your reservation if you booked through them.

Staying off-site for the conference?
Not to worry, there is ample free parking at the Kalahari and many great restaurants and shops surrounding the conference grounds and overflow hotels.
